Did you know? Although popular in Lebanon (probably due to the Ottomans ruling Lebanon for a while), the name Shish Tawook is Turkish. Shish means “skewers” and tawook means “chicken”. Bet you could’ve guessed that!

Try yours today. Here's a few steps you could follow:

✅Use chicken breast cut in equal sizes, or go veggie with mushrooms, tofu or halloumi
✅Add 2-3 teaspoons of our seasoning blend
✅Add 4-5 tablespoons oil or as much as required
✅Add 1-2 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
✅Add juice from half lemon, then slice it and add the slices to the marinade
✅If you're a garlic lover, add 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic

For best results, marinade overnight. If in a hurry, leave for at least 1 hour.
