✅Use minced lamb or beef
✅Add 2-3 teaspoons of our seasoning blend
✅Add a handful of fresh parsley
✅If you're a garlic lover, add 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
⚠️ Optional: Add 1 tablespoon red pepper paste -> also available to buy at our online shop

Stir until smooth. Shape into your favourite forms: long skewers, meatballs, burgers. Cook in the oven (around 20 min) or on the grill (around 12 min)
