Did you know? The name of Falafel might come from the Armenic pilpāl meaning “small round thing”. 🧆

Curious of how to achieve Falafel perfection? Use the guide below:

✅Use fresh chickpeas if possible. Use 250g and leave them in water overnight. If using cans, drain and rinse two chickpeas tins (use unsalted)
✅Add 2-3 teaspoons of our seasoning blend
✅Add 1 handful of fresh coriander
✅Add 2 handfuls of fresh parsley
✅If you're a garlic lover, add 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
⚠️ Optional: Before frying, add one teaspoon of bicarbonate and add cold water to make the mixture more malleable.
