This tantalising blend will sure create the most melt-in-the-mouth oven baked (or grilled) chicken.

Did you know? In Lebanese cuisine, Farrouj Meshwi is usually the centre around which all the other mezze dishes are spread, creating generosity and nourish of Lebanese cuisine.

✅Use boneless whole chicken
✅Add 2-3 teaspoons of our seasoning blend
✅Add 4-5 tablespoons oil or as much as required
✅Add juice from half lemon, then slice it and add the slices to the marinade
✅If you're a garlic lover, add 3-4 cloves of fresh garlic
⚠️ Optional: Add 1 tablespoon red pepper paste -> also available to buy at our online shop

For best results, marinade overnight. If in a hurry, leave for at least 1 hour.
